Release 0.04

As always, I have updated the game however this version is a MASSIVE step up to the last two versions! It includes Fully Functional UI/UX! and a convenient Dash Display so that you could keep up with your car's info! This update in particular took about 2 months to complete and I'm happy with how it turned out!  Although more features were planned for its release, they were scheduled for the next update so that you could have a taste of how the game might look in the future!
